Welcome to the Community. I'd be happy to help with sending a customer statement through QuickBooks Online.
A statement is a good way of letting customers know the status of their account. Here's how to generate a statement for a single customer:
- Click Sales on the left navigation menu, and choose Customers.
- Select the Customer that you'd like to create a statement for.
- Click Statement from the New transaction drop-down.
- Select the type of statement that you'd like to create.
- Choose the Statement Date, Start Date, and End Date.
- Click Apply to view the statement.
- Select Save and send.
