Naw, that’s payment to Quickbooks. While important not the info I seek.
The current credit card linked and downloading transactions has an expired expiration. Just need to update it so that we can continue to approve transactions.
Thanks for getting back to us, userusinvertebratell.
We can easily update the details of the connected bank account. Here's how to do it:
You can use this link for reference: How to update your bank account sign-in information.
After the update, QuickBooks will now download your bank transactions automatically. You can do the manual update if necessary.
Also, you might be able to use this article if you encounter unexpected behaviors or results while in the Banking page: What to do if you see a bank error or bank transactions won’t download.

We already did that and it doesn’t allow the expiration update nor follow through with updates.
I literally need to update the expiration on the credit card to receive the transaction updates. Can anyone actually answer my question?
Naw. Please actually read my question. Neither solution provided has anything to do with the issue.
Credit card expiration renewal in order to receive updates and pull transactions into quickbooks. (Not so quick right now)
Thank you for the quick response, @userusinvertebratell.
For any bank or credit card accounts connected to online banking, you don't need to update the expiration date from QuickBooks. As long as the account number connected is correct and it's active in the bank's website, then it will continue work by downloading transactions on the Banking page. That said, you don't need to update the expiration date of your credit card.
For now, you can update your account manually so it brings the latest transactions to QuickBooks.
In case you have any other banking concerns in the future, feel free to read the topics from our help articles.
