How do I change the payroll address without change the business address that we use for invoices

Thank you and welcome to QuickBooks Community. I'll ensure that you're able to change the payroll address without changing the business address that you used for invoices. I suggest going to the Company page and choose the Legal information section. From there, you'll have the option to enter your legal address to appears on payroll tax forms.

Here's how:

1. From the top menu, choose Company. Then, My Company.
2. Select the Pencil icon and go to the Legal Information tab.
3. Enter the newly legal business name/address.
4. Hit OK.
