If none of the steps mentioned above worked in cancelling your QuickBooks Self-Employed subscription, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They can review your profile and further assist you in cancelling the subscription. You can reach them using this link: Contact QuickBooks Self-Employed Support.
We'll be right here if you have additional queries when managing your account.
That option is not there.
Hi @Shane,
You have different ways to cancel a QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) subscription, depending on your situation.
Be advised, you'll need to log in to your QBSE company via a browser to proceed since it's unavailable in the mobile app.
If it's a free trial, follow these steps:
If you subscribed directly from Intuit, here's how:
Otherwise, if you subscribed through Google or Apple, you'll find the steps in this article: Cancel your QuickBooks Self-Employed subscription. Scroll down and click the Cancel your subscription bought through a mobile app store link to see the steps.
In case you decide to renew your QBSE subscription, keep this article for reference: Resubscribe to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Post a reply below if you have other questions about the cancelation of your QBSE subscription. I'll be sure to get back to you.
When I click your link, it takes me to this page.
I get into a page loop only seeing a page that says "Subscribe" an "X" to close on the right side and "Cancel" at the bottom left. When I click on cancel or X, it takes me for a brief moment to the home page and then goes directly back to the "Subscribe".
I can't get out of the loop and am not able to cancel.
PLEASE HELP ME!!!
