Creating a hyperlink for the invoice is available in QuickBooks Online. For QuickBooks Self-Employed, there's a Pay Now button on the email you've sent if you've set up online payments.
Your customers will click this button and have them pay their invoices electronically. If you don't have an account, check this link and sign up whenever you want: QuickBooks Payments.
If you're referring to something else, you can always modify the body of the email. Let me show you how:
- Go to Invoices from the left menu.
- Find the invoice you want to edit.
- Click the arrow under the Action column, then choose Edit.
- Click Customize, then Email.
- Enter the information that you want in the Message box.
- Click Email.

Once you receive the payment, you can either manually enter the transaction. Or connect your bank account so transactions are downloaded automatically on the Transactions page in QuickBooks.
