Hi there @JoesemM! Just FYI- I did reach out to the developers using the Gear icon (over a month ago) and the issue still has not been fixed. Is there anything else we can do? Comments like this feel a bit like lip service, especially when the advice has been taken, and yet nothing has been done.

I understand the need to customize the Payment receipt when emailing your customers. However, it's not an option for the time being in QuickBooks Online (QBO). In the meantime, you can manually edit the email message before sending it.
We recognize that each company has unique needs, and I can see how the feature you're looking for would benefit and empower your business. I recommend sending this request straight to our product engineers through feedback. It helps us improve the features of the program.

Hello @MirriamM - just FYI, I have sent requests to the product engineers several times on this over the past year and nothing has changed. I have lost faith that sending a request to the product engineers will do anything at all.
Totally agree. Really doesn't seem worth the time.
