How do I edit my customer's bill to address?

Let's change the billing address of your customer, allrnothing.

The Bill to address of a customer is the Billing address you see in their profile. You can just change it and it will reflect on their sales forms.

Please note that the new address will reflect to your customer's old transaction as well.

How do I edit my customer's bill to address?

So why is it every time I try to edit a customer's billing address, I ALWAYS get this error when I try to save?

An unexpected error occurred while accessing or saving your data. Please wait a few minutes and try again. If the problem persists, contact customer support.

I thought maybe it couldn't validate the address I was entering so I tried multiple valid addresses, and no matter what I enter I get this stupid error.  I cannot add a billing address to ANY customer.

How do I edit my customer's bill to address?

Hello there, ghayden.

Are you getting the error after saving the invoice? If so, we have an on-going investigation about this issue. Our engineers are working on resolving the error as soon as possible.

While we are unable to provide a workaround, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team. We will add your company details to the list of affected users. Before doing so, please check out our support hours here: Support hours and types.

Then, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. In the Help window, click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
  3. Enter your question and click Let's talk.
  4. Select Start messaging or Get a callback.

Please let me know how the call went. I'll be around to help you some more. Thanks.
