I have some information about how you can create an invoice in batch. This feature is only available in QuickBooks Online Advanced. If your subscription is already QBO Advanced, here's how to find it.
- Go to + New. Then, select Batch transactions.
- Tick the Add (+) button to create a new blank invoice. Each invoice you add gets its own numbered row.
- Click any field to enter info for each invoice.
- When you're done, Hit Save.
