I am looking for QB Desktop for nonprofit software. I will have to convert excel to QB and I need to get the pricing for the budget, if there is a trial version that I can look at that would be great. Could you please send me the link to this desktop software and the price for that software?
Thank You in advance!
Nancy

You may pick QB Desktop Premier or Enterprise for your Non Profit. Install the trial license of QB Desktop 2021 to explore your needs and make sure not enabling the Advanced Modules. Those modules are not available on Premier edition.

Once you are ready to proceed, if you are eligible, purchase a one time license of QB Desktop 2021 Premier from TechSoup with a special price for Non Profit. Otherwise, you have to purchase the license thru a partner/reseller with a regular rate.
To the Quickbooks team,
What a rep off to your non-profit pricing https://quickbooks.intuit.com/industry/non-profits/ it's the same as small business pricing https://quickbooks.intuit.com/online/ . You will think being non-profit 501, 3c you will not deceive your clients. Maybe it time looks for other competitive software such as
QB please be transparent!
If you are eligible, you have to purchase the subscription thru TechSoup.

Encouraging nonprofits to get software through Tech Soup is misleading. Requesting the access is easy, but utilizing it is astonishingly difficult. Once a nonprofit gets the access from TechSoup, Intuit just needs to adjust billing/payment info in their system so that the nonprofit no longer pays. There must be a way to do that. Instead...
I just spent several days trying to accomplish this. We are in the situation of having 10+ years of transactions in one of the bank accounts.
Problems that Intuit and Tech Soup do not describe:
- Reconciliations do not copy over from one Company to another. So when you set up the new company with the access that Intuit donated to Tech Soup, you need to do ALL the reconciliations over again.
- Custom reports and Memorized/Recurring transactions do not copy over, so those need to be re-created.
- If you have any closed accounts, that info and those transactions do not copy over (or did not for us). So I was faced with the scenario of adding the account, importing the transactions, editing each one so that it was correct, etc.
