How do I link a journal entry to multiple transactions in quickbooks online?

Good day, Crystalj.

 

You will have to select the Name (Customer, Vendor, or Employee), and account, so the journal entry is linked to your transactions.

 

I've got a sample screenshot here for a reference:

 

 

If you want to know the accounts affected on each transaction, you can open the Transaction Journal. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Open a transaction. For example: Invoice, Bill, or Expense.
  2. Click More located at the bottom, and select Transaction Journal.
