Revising the name of your Merchant account is my priority, @ruth-maximsmithf.
When you're the primary admin user, you can update all banking, business, and account information for QuickBooks Payments. Please note that if you need to change the account SSN, tax ID, or legal business name, create a new account with the correct information. To do this, here's how:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Payment account.
- Select Account.
- Choose Account Profile.
- Go to the Account Holder/Business information section.
- Click Edit, then revise the name of your Merchant account.
- Select Save.
