How do I see who the customer is when they pay into my QB cash account?

You can run the Undeposited Funds register to know which customer pays you into your QuickBooks Cash account. Please know that when your customer pays their invoices online, they'll go to the Undeposited Funds account. Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
2. Click Accounting from the left menu, then select Chart of Accounts.
3. Search for Undeposited Funds account and click View register under the Action column.
4. From the Asset Register (Undeposited Funds) page, review the latest customer payment.
