Your answer was very helpful. I did not know I had to look under "Sales" to find the customer list.
I need to edit a client's company name we have misspelled. I can edit all of the other client information but QB online will not allow me to change/edit the Company name. Anyone know how to fix this problem?

I understand how important it is for you to have the correct company name for your client to keep track of their business. If they are part of your ProAdvisor Preferred Pricing Plan, you can update their information in your client list. I'll show you how.
On the other hand, you must log in as the Primary or Company Admin if you log in using your client's QuickBooks Online account.
