How do you see other sales reps on estimate dropdown?

I’ll be here to help you every step of the way to show up in the sales rep's name in QuickBooks Online. 

Let's make sure that the sales rep name box is checked on the Custom Field page. Thus, you can see all the names in the Estimates drop-down. 

Here's how: 

1. Go to the Gear icon, then choose Custom fields. 
2. Click the Edit hyperlink. 
3. Review the box under Active. 

Once confirmed and the issue continues, please access your account via an incognito. A browser full of cache and temp files can cause unexpected behaviors. 

Here are the shortcut keys: 

• Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
• Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)
• Control + Option + P (Safari)
• Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)

Once logged in, go back to the Estimates page and review the list in the drop-down. If the private browser works, you'll need to delete temporary internet files in your regular browser. That'll remove previously stored browsing data that might have caused the issue. Using another supported browser is a good alternative too.
