I'm here to address your concern and provide an overview about the funding of payments from your customers' to your bank account.
The check and credit card payments are submitted to the bank at 3 PM PST ( 6 PM EST), each day. The funding of the actual cash to your bank account depends on the time of the day you enter the transactions and the method of payment used.
If payments are made through credit cards, they will be deposited in about 1-2 banking days. While those processed via ACH Bank Transfer are within 2-5 business days.

You can also check the status of the payment transactions within your Merchant Service Center. To do so:
- Log in to your Merchant Service Center portal.
- Choose Deposits in the Activity and Reports section (see screenshot 1).
- Enter the appropriate date range and select Search.
- A new window will show with the results.
- Click the triangle to the left of the line item to view the details (see screenshot 2).
