How many times have you been directed to a paid site for answers to your quickbooks questions? don't understand why there is on support for quickbooks on line?

We've had a problem since day one. Today I went online to ask finally get an answer. The robot I guess didn't understand the answer so I was giving a link to a site we have to pay to get the answer. Why?

It's not an Intuit/ Quickbooks site.  

 

You can search your questions, by using the SEARCH bar at the top of any page, here in the community.  If you can't find an answer, you can post your question here in the community.

You can also contact QB by following the necessary steps to do so.
