Greetings, @faiz-fuazi.
If you've already reconciled this transaction, then you won't be able to edit the invoice. You'll need to undo the reconciliation on that transaction to adjust the amount of the invoice.
Let's edit your invoice.
1. Go to Sales in the left-hand menu bar.
2. Select the Invoices section.
3. Choose the invoice you wish to change.
4. Adjust the information you want.
5. Click Save and Close, Save and New, or Save and Send if you need to send the invoice to a customer.
It's easy as pie.
These additional links will give you more information about invoices.
If you run into any trouble along the way, let me know. I'm only a post away if you need me. Happy Friday!
No, I mean to adjust the total amount figure. For example, the total amount is 10.98. I want to add adjustment +0.02 so that the final figure will be 11.00.. or I also can minus the amount let say from 10.12 add adjustment -0.02 so that figure become 10.10
Good day, faiz-fuazi.
QuickBooks calculates total amount based on the product/service rates and the taxes. That means, we're unable adjust the total amount of an invoice. The best workaround is to manually modify the invoice, as mentioned by Candice C.
You'll want to check this guide on how to record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.
I'll be here if you need anything else. Take care!
please add this function "Adjustment" before the Total Amount in Invoice
Other competing accounting software has this "adjustment" function.
It is unacceptable that this software do not have the function. Normal invoice should have the adjustment function, it is just a simple thing that makes a big difference.
Thank you
Your feedback are ways on how we can improve our software more, faiz-fuazi.
