Thanks, @MaryAnn_E but the issue is different.
Since this is a USA company but the head office is in Canada, QBO is not allowing to enter an address outside of the US, see attached screenshot.
Can not enter the Canadian province and can not enter the Canadian Postal code
I appreciate you for getting back to us, MM888.
The address on your account follows as to where your company is located. If its location is in Canada, you'll have to purchase QuickBooks Online for Canada.

Hi, my business is onsite set up, and i do not want to share my address (which is my house) How can i leave this blank?
It's my priority to ensure you'll able to create statements with the details you need, @MBD_23. I'm here to share the steps and information about this.
In QuickBooks Online (QBO), the option to leave the company address blank when generating statements is unavailable. Also, you're unable to customize the details of this form in the program. To learn more, check out this article: Create and send customer statements in QuickBooks Online.
As a workaround, you can download the statements to PDF and convert them to an editable file (example: Word document). Then, remove your company address there. Here's how:
Once everything is set, you can now send it to your customer via email outside QBO.
While this feature is currently unavailable, I recommend sending feedback to our Product Developer to request the implementation of this function. They regularly review our customer's suggestions or comments and take into consideration adding this in future product updates. Here's how:
You can also visit our Customer Feedback for QuickBooks Online website to track the suggestions you've submitted.
