I've got some ideas on how to send a letter to your customer's address on an envelope, @couette.
QuickBooks Online (QBO) doesn't have an option to send your customer's address on an envelope. As a workaround, you can consider printing a packing slip.
A packing slip is a document that contains important information when shipping goods to your customer. I'll show you how.
- Go to the Sales menu then choose Customers.
- Select the customer's name to display a list of their transactions.
- From the Transaction List tab, select the box next to each invoice or sales receipt for which you want to print a Packing Slip.
- Click the Batch actions drop-down, then choose Print packing slip.
- The print preview screen will open so you can select printing options, preview, and print the packing slip.
You can also look for a third-party app that has this feature. You can go to the Apps menu and browse for an from there, or visit our QuickBooks Apps Store for additional reference.
You also have the option to run your Customer Contact List report and customize it to only show the details you need. Once done, export it to MS Excel and import the file to a word processor that can print the labels.
I understand having this feature would be beneficial to your business. I'd recommend sending your feedback to our Product Developer team. This way, they'll be able to review it and might consider adding it in future updates.
