You can turn on online payments in QuickBooks Online (QBO). This way, your customers can pay you through credit card, debit, and bank transfer (ACH).
Here’s how:
QuickBooks automatically categorizes each processed payment on your Chart of Accounts. Check out this reference for complete and detailed instructions: Take and process payments in QBO.
After you process payments, you can use this information to learn more about deposit times.
