Let me share some insights about QuickBooks Online payment.

When you send invoices to your customers via email, you can turn on online payments. That way, they can pay using a credit card or ACH bank transfer. There will be a link in the email that they can utilize to process the payment.

Follow the steps to set your preference for invoice payments:

Go to the Gear icon on the toolbar.
Choose Account and settings, then the Sales tab.
Use the pencil ✎ to edit your selections under Invoice payments.
Click Save.

You can also check more information on creating invoices in QuickBooks Online.

Also, set your payment options directly on the invoice

Here's how to change the payment options on a specific invoice.

Locate the invoice.
Select Edit under Online Payments.
Choose your desired payment options. You can also clear unwanted payment options.
Once done, click OK.

For additional information, you can check the fees for QuickBooks Payments.

You can turn on online payments in QuickBooks Online (QBO). This way, your customers can pay you through credit card, debit, and bank transfer (ACH).

Here’s how:

Go to the Gear icon and then choose Account and Settings.
Click Payments.
In the QuickBooks Payment section, select Learn more.
Set up online payments.

QuickBooks automatically categorizes each processed payment on your Chart of Accounts. Check out this reference for complete and detailed instructions: Take and process payments in QBO.

After you process payments, you can use this information to learn more about deposit times.

All that was done before, so the customer can pay the invoice that received from me?

Is it going to show him the option to pay online that is my question?
