How to I access last years VA-16 forms on this new system? Va says they never got them and now I have to resend and can't find them.

I'm here to make sure you're able to access last year's VA-16 form in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @info1516. This way, you can resend one to the state agency and keep your account updated.

When you're able to e-file last year's VA-16 form, it should be archived and accessible through the Payroll Tax Center page. Let's visit the Quarterly Forms Archived Forms to check. Here's how:

1. Go to the Taxes menu.
2. Select Payroll Tax.
3. Click the View and Print Archived Forms >> link under the Quarterly Forms section.
4. In the first field, select Quarterly Tax Forms. Then in the second one, choose VA-16.
5. Find the form you want, then click the VA-16 hyperlink on the right side.
6. Click View to download the form or resend it to the agency.

They switched me from the old intuit to this new version. I can get the 2 VA-16 since the switch I need access to all of my older tax filings. I can't seem to figure out how to get stuff prior to two months ago???
