I followed the steps of issuing a refund receipt but all it did was make a line item (receipt) on the customer's account. It did not subtract the credit balance. Please advise
The process of entering refund receipt did not subtract from the credit balance. All it did was entered a "receipt" only and a line item on the customers account. I need to have it subtract from the credit balance. Do you know how?
