I want to make sure you're able to a logo in your invoice, @wellis-statmedga.
When uploading a logo for your invoices, there are requirements you should meet to avoid display issues. Be sure to check the following:
- a .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg file
- smaller than 10 MB
- 24-bits or less in bit depth (or color depth)
- square-shaped, since rectangles don’t work
- using the standard RGB color space
- Note: If your logo is CMKY-formatted, convert it to an RGB image using tools (such as Adobe Photoshop).
Once you meet the logo requirements, you can upload it again to QuickBooks Online. You can check this article for more information: Add, customize, or remove logos on sales forms.
If you still getting the same issue, let's go through some basic troubleshooting steps starting with opening a private browser. This helps us determine if the error is caused by the browser cache or not.
Here's how to open a private window in different browsers:
- For Chrome, press Ctrl+Shift+N.
- For Internet Explorer or Firefox, press Ctrl+Shift+P.
- For Safari, hold down Command+Shift+N.
If it works fine, I recommend clearing your browser's cache (regular browser) to start fresh. Cache files can cause unexpected behaviors in a program when they are piled up. Alternatively, you can use another supported browser.
I've also included this helpful article in case you need some ideas for additional customization for your invoice template:
