It could be that there's an issue with the browser that you're using when printing the journal report. This can be the reason why the last column was cut off when printing it.
To fix this, we can run some test sequences to trace the cause of the issue. First, make sure you can print a local PDF document. If you have it saved on your hard drive, open it within Acrobat/Reader from File menu and test to be sure you can print it.
If you can't print it, try updating, repairing, or re-installing the Adobe Reader/Acrobat.
If you do not have a local PDF document, use Windows Search, and look for all files and folders, using *.pdf. Then, try printing it.
If you have already updated and repaired Adobe and still getting the error, you can clear the cookies in your regular browser or use another supported browser to fix this concern.
In addition, you can use the steps provided in this article just in case the last column is still cutting off: Troubleshoot printing issues in Windows.
Also, you can customize your reports in QuickBooks Online before printing them. This way, you're able to view the transactions that matter the most to your business.
I'm always here to help if you have any other concerns or questions. Just tag my name in the comment section and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
Hi Reymond,
Thank you for your suggestion . I asked my IT , he checked and said nothing wrong with our browser or PDF.
The report was cut off when printing on Letter size (both landscape or portrail) , If I print it on Legal size , it looks fine . Any suggestion ?
Thank you
Vicky

I appreciate you following all the steps provided by my colleague, @vnguyen1.
Since it worked when printing on legal size, I'd suggest you change the Print settings. Then, make sure that the preview displays the entire page before printing. Here's how:

Hi Katherine,
Thank you for showing me to choose "fit the page" , it worked ! Thanks
For print all journal entries, do you know how to print them all but separate the page by each journal number ?
Thank you for your help.

It’s our pleasure to help, @vnguyen1.
You can either choose to print a single journal entry or download the journal entry report in excel file to edit the file and print the file from there.
You can print a transaction journal to print it by journal entry:
Check the following article for more information about this: Print a journal entry report.
To export it as an excel file, after running the report, click on the Export icon beside the Print icon and choose to export it to excel. Here’s more information on how to export your reports to Excel from QuickBooks Online.
