How to run reports for entire deleted inventory?

I appreciate you posting here in the Community, @Pottery Island.

For now, there is no option to run a report for the entire deleted inventory in (QBO). However, I have another way to view them.

Here's how:

  1. In the Sales tab, click Product and services.
  2. Tap the Filter dropdown (funnel icon)
  3. Choose Inactive under the Status dropdown
  4. Choose Inventory under the Type dropdown
  5. Click Apply.

This way, we will be able to see the list of deleted inventories.

I am also adding these articles that might help you manage your inventory:

If you have other inventory concerns, please let me know. I’ll be here to help you out.

How to run reports for entire deleted inventory?

Although I appreciate your answer, I am already aware of this method. This was why I was posting my question. Is there a way to do a bulk command to turn all deleted items active instead if one at a time?

How to run reports for entire deleted inventory?

Thanks for getting back to this thread, @Pottery Island. Let me chime in and clarify things for you.

I can see that the option to turn all deleted items active by batch is a crucial feature for any business. Discovering new ways to adapt to our customer's needs is how QuickBooks gets even better. Your feedback helps our Product Development team determine which feature will be implemented in the next future update. The change is also based on how popular a specific feature request is.

That being said, I suggest submitting a product suggestion directly to our software engineers. We're taking notes of your ideas and insights. Let me show you:

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Click Feedback.
  3. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
  4. Then choose Next to submit feedback.

Your relevant feedback goes to our Product Development team to help heighten your experience in QuickBooks Online (QBO). You can track feature requests through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website. Additionally, you can keep an eye on our QuickBooks Blog to stay up-to-date with the latest news.

Additionally, I've also included these articles you can utilize to help manage your inventory items in QBO:

Feel at ease to get back to this thread if you have other concerns with managing deleted items in QBO. I'll be more than happy to help. Please take care.
