Hi there, @ds4725. I'm here to help you disable ads while working on your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
The ads you see are designed to enhance your QBO experience by suggesting useful guides and products. However, the ability to stop these pop-up ads is currently unavailable.
Furthermore, you can dismiss the ads by clicking the X icon or the No, thanks! button. By doing this, the ads will stop showing up and ensure that your saved preferences are stored, providing a more seamless browsing experience.
In the meantime, you can consider enabling your browser's ad blocker. Here’s how you can do it:
- Click the Settings icon in the URL address bar.
- Select Site Settings.
- In the Privacy and security section, find the Pop-ups and redirects in the Permissions section.
- Choose Block (default) in the dropdown beside Pop-ups and redirects.
After you’ve done this, refresh your QBO account to apply this settings.
