The phone number currently listed in QuickBooks online is incorrect and I never receive the call or text to get the verification code. I have called three times and have waited over a month and still nothing has helped fix this simple error. This prevents me from transferring money and changing my deposit account as well, making the invoicing feature virtually useless. I literally have been rushing to the bank every mooring to withdraw the 1k limit and physically transferring it to my back account trying to avoid overdraft fees for the past moth only to fail because there is a 5k monthly withdraw limit. Apparently no one who answers the phones knows how to fix this and after three calls and waiting three business days each time to see if its been fixed, I've racked up hundreds of dollars in overdraft fees do to horrible support. How hard is it to change a phone number for you guys. But the audacity to repeatedly send me emails asking was my problem resolved is like a slap in the face as it shows not one person even checked to see if the number was even changed.

My business had a phone number change before I was able to update it in Merchant Services. That being the only way to make changes by text or phone call from the original phone number that I no longer have made it impossible for me to make the changes myself. It has been over a month with uploading requested documentation twice and am being told that my request is "still under review" this has been elevated several times waiting for the "back end" team to contact me via email.
What makes this worse is I needed to change my bank information as a client paid her invoice and it went to an old account. Now that money sits in suspension with Merchant services, until I can update my phone number and bank account information. This has been THE most frustrating experience I have ever had being in business 20 years.
