That's a good question! I'm here to discuss with you how to charge and receive credit card payments from your customer in Brazil.
QuickBooks Online allows you to receive international customer payments. You only need to make sure that the zip code in their credit card does not contain alpha-numeric characters. Also, in most cases the international card holder is provided with information by their bank on how to process transactions in the United States.
If your customer is still unable to process the payment, he will need to contact the card issuing bank. They can provide other options on how to use the international form of payments in a U.S. based businesses which require a 5-digit numeric zip code.

- Log onto the Merchant Service Center.
- Click Help in the upper right hand corner, then click Contact Us on the left hand side.
- Select your product and a topic your question is about - Other
- Select Topic - Change my service
- Get help: Select Phone Support. You can choose to Let us call you or Call us. Our phone number and hours of operations are listed under Call us.
