How we ould I use my qb account to pay all bills like Uber etc?

Let me sort things out for you. You may want to create a bill and record the payment if Uber has an online payment solution.

Here's how:

1. Click the + New button.
2. Select Bill.
3. From the Vendor ▼ dropdown menu, choose a vendor.
4. Fill out the necessary field in the Bill window. 
5. Enter the other needed information in Category or Item details, then select Save and close.

Once done, you can now record the bill payment check. 

However, if your provider doesn't have an online payment solution, you can use Online Bill Pay. I'll guide you how:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Click the + New button.
3. Select Pay Bills Online.
4. Choose the checkbox on the bills you want to pay, then Next.
5. Review your payment info. 
6. Once done, click Submit payment to submit your scheduled payments.
