Press the drop-down arrow under the Action column.
Select the Edit option.
At the bottom part of your invoice, choose the Edit work info.
Edit your invoice.
Just in case you're unable to locate the option using the browser, let's try logging into your account using a private browser. Then, use these keyboard shortcuts depending on the browser you're using:
Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift +N
If it works, please switch back to your regular browser and clear its cache & historical data. The process helps restore the default setup of the browser. If private browsing doesn't work, use another supported web engine to get the best and most secure experience with the program. I've also attached an article you can use to learn more about how you can set up online payments for your customers: Create invoices in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

I'd like to know how you get on after trying the steps, as I want to ensure this is resolved for you. Just reply to this post and I'll get back to you. Take care always.
I accidentally made a mistake with my product/service that I am putting on an invoice. How can I edit it? I see nothing that lets me edit or delete this.
I followed the directions to "edit" a product/service on the invoice and the only Edit Work Info option I see is near the top of the invoice where my company info is located. There is also an Edit Customer Info option next few lines down. There is no "edit" feature where the product/service is listed. This is driving me crazy. I don't see how there is not an option to either edit or delete. The only option I see for this section is to +Add. I set up a few "test" categories that I would now like to edit or delete and not able too. Am I not seeing something here? Thanks for your help!!!!!!
