I am brand new to QB. This is probably my fault, bit I was billed $12.50 on 8/13 & again on 8/14. I've been on CHAT for nearly 2 hours with 4 people. Is there no phone #?

About those billing charges, QuickBooks allows you to view your subscription history directly in the system. Let me provide the steps to access the information:

  1. Go to the Settings .
  2. Choose Account and Settings.
  3. Select the Billing and Subscription tab.
  4. Choose the View Payment History hyperlink.

The billing history will display the last six (6) months' bills. And, billing statements are visible the day after the billing date, not the same day.

Check out the Subscription rates and charges in QuickBooks link to learn about your billing statements. It will tell you why you were charged multiple times.
