I am in employer self employed. How do I get to the place to fill out 1099s for contractors?

QuickBooks Self-Employed only tracks the income and expenses of your self-employment. We're unable to set up 1099 in this version.

There's another way to set up and e-file the 1099 for your contractors through Intuit. You can sign up through 1099 E-File Service. Though, this service will reopen this coming January 1, 2020.
