I've read your previous question to the other thread and my colleague was able to provide the necessary information so you can delete the entry by utilizing the Audit log. Since you're certain that you're the only user on the account, I suggest reaching out to our Phone Support team for further investigation about the created journal entry. They can also review and track unauthorized access to your account.
Here's how you can reach out to them:
- Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Select Search, then press the Contact Us button.
- Enter your question in the box and hit Continue.
- Choose the best way you'll want to reach out to us.
Please know that they can only accommodate you Mondays to Fridays from 6 AM to 6 PM PT and Saturdays from 6 AM to 3 PM PT.
