I am trying to cancel an account. I have requested a phone call re this request. [phone number removed]

I am trying to cancel the Payroll, and then the QBO that was purchased earlier this year.  The person who ordered those and was using, is no longer with our organization.  But I do not have the ID and passwords to get into the account and cannot get to the cancel.  Please call at above number  I am her 9-3 EDT.

I'm glad to share with you the steps so you can contact our QuickBooks Online care team. Also, the phone number was removed for security purposes since the Community is a public forum. 

 

You can reach out to our phone support through these steps: 

  1. Visit this link: help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Online.
  3. Click the Search for something else button.
  4. Enter Cancel an account in the Tell us more about your question: box.
  5. Hit Search.
  6. Select Start a Message.
