There are times when a browser's cache data becomes full of frequent access to web pages or is damaged. When this happens, it causes odd behavior when adding or editing vendor information. To better isolate this issue, let's sign in to QuickBooks Online (QBO) using a private or incognito window. This helps us confirm browser-related issues since this mode doesn't use the existing cache data. Let m show you how:

If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. Removing this should fix the issue since the overtime collection of data can create corruption. We can also use supported, up-to-date browsers to roll out the possibility of a browser-related issue.

No. It was a screen issue that I discovered by clicking on the square box in excel. Sorry for not being more clear.

I'd love to help you achieve your goal, but would you mind telling me more about your concern? Are you trying to edit a .CSV file with the vendor's information through Excel?
It would also be great if you could add some screenshots so I could have a better view and provide the best fix for it.
