I cannot view all of the past invoices.

I noticed there's a change in the interface of the invoice on Quick Books Self-Employed. However, I can no longer see any of my past invoices.

How can I view my past invoices?

Thank you for visiting the QuickBooks Community, gttan89. Please know that there is a newly identified ongoing issue with all invoices missing in QuickBooks Self-Employed. Let me route you to our support to assist you further.

 

For now, you can log in to your QBSE account and view all your past invoices through the mobile app as a workaround.

 

Then, I suggest contacting our QBSE Support Team so they can add you to our notification list. This will help our engineers determine the number of affected users. You'll also receive updates through email once the issue is resolved.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help (?) icon and select Contact Us. If you’re using the QuickBooks Self-Employed app, click the + button and select Ask QB Assistant.
  2. Enter “talk to a human”, then choose Continue.
  3. Select which way you want to connect with us.

I've reached out to both your "Live Chat" & to request a call back but no one has responded for the last 40mins.

I completely understand your urgency in resolving the issue with invoices in QuickBooks Self-Employed. If I were in your shoes, I would also be eager to have this matter resolved quickly. However, please keep in mind that our live support operates on a queue system, and because there has been a recent surge in similar issues, we are receiving a large number of calls and chat requests. As a result, the queue has become longer than usual. Please be assured that we are making every effort to address each request as efficiently as we can.

 

Also, I'd like to recommend getting in touch with them within their business hours ( M-F, 6 AM to 6 PM and Saturday, 6 AM to 3 PM PT) so you'll surely get assistance.
