However, please keep in mind that our live support operates on a queue system, and because there has been a recent surge in similar issues, we are receiving a large number of calls and chat requests. As a result, the queue has become longer than usual. Please be assured that we are making every effort to address each request as efficiently as we can.
Also, I'd like to recommend getting in touch with them within their business hours ( M-F, 6 AM to 6 PM and Saturday, 6 AM to 3 PM PT) so you'll surely get assistance.
