This does not solve the problem. I had mine set to 1 hour. I am sitting at my desk inputting lines of numbers and without any warning it logs me off and I lose all the work I've been doing.

Why isn't there an option to stay logged in period? It should be our choice.
Some of us have clients, (thankfully), still in desktop and move back and forth..
It seems a lot of decisions are being taken away from us and we are paying for the software.

I understand how tough it is to lose all your work after getting logged off from the system. Currently, the maximum timeout period in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is 3 hours, and the option to modify or increase it is currently unavailable. For now, I suggest raising your feedback directly to our product software engineers to improve your product experience. Here are the steps:
