I'm here to make sure you can log in to your account without any further delay, @allin1-serviceso.
Have you turned on the two-step verification settings? It's an extra layer of security that was put in place as an extra measure to protect your account and information. This disables the usual multi-factor authentication process that gives you the option for voice call, text, or email. It means that email won't be an option when this is enabled.
Otherwise, if you haven't turned on the two-step verification settings, then you have the option to confirm your account in a different way. I'll guide you how.
- Sign to your account.
- Select how you’d like to receive your confirmation code, then select Continue.
- If you can’t access the email account or phone number listed, select the option Verify my account a different way.
- Retrieve the confirmation code.
- Enter the confirmation code, then select Continue.
If you no longer have access to the phone number or email address, not to worry. You can send a request to our account protection team to recover your account. Please refer to this link for the detailed steps: Recover your account when you can't sign in.
I've also got you here some articles about the common sign-in issues and how to fix them:
You can always get back to us if you require additional help with your account. Have a wonderful day, @allin1-serviceso!
