  1. From the Dashboard, click the Help menu > QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. Select Contact Us at the bottom.

  3. Provide a brief description of your issue, then select the Message an Agent option to get connected.

How do I get my existing quick books desk top from an old device to a new device?

Hi byron 64,

 

You can download the QB installer from our website and install it on the new computer. Just use the same license and product numbers. Check out this article for more details: Move or reinstall QuickBooks Desktop to another computer.
