I'll make sure that you can process foreign invoices via Salesforce Workato, @ jackyjoy123. Instructions are here.

I'll help you set up the currency in QuickBooks Online. So you can invoice your customer via Workato later soon.

You'll need to turn on the multi-currency first to invoice your customer in a foreign currency. Please note that once enabled, you cannot turn it off again. To do this, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then choose Account and Settings
  2. Select the Advanced button.
  3. Click Edit in the Currency section.
  4. Pick your currency in the Home Currency drop-down.
  5. Hit Save, then Done

For more details, visit this link: Learn about Multicurrency in QuickBooks Online.

Then recreate the customer profile as we're unable to change the default currency. You can also delete it if there are no transactions created.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Sales tab and choose Customers
  2. Click New customer
  3. Select Payment and Billing and pick the currency in the This customer pays me with drop-down.
  4. Complete the required information and click Save

For more information about the process, check out this article: Add and manage customers in QuickBooks.

Subsequently, I recommend that you reach Workato Support to help with integration. To get their contact information, visit this link: Salesforce QuickBooks Integration Solution by Workato.

Once done, you can now create an invoice for this customer by clicking on the + New tab. For complete milestones, see this link: Create invoices in QuickBooks Online.

In addition, you can run the Transaction Detail by Account report and then turn on the Currency column to review your transactions with customers. See the sample screenshot below for your reference:

Lastly, did you know that you can personalize your sales forms and memorize reports in QuickBooks? Find out more about the process at the following links:

Leave a message below if you have a follow-up question about currency in QuickBooks. I'm happy to help again. Merry Christmas, jackyjoy123.
