There are times that the payment link of the electronic invoice becomes corrupted because of the accumulated cache. These temporary files can also block the connection to our online services.
To isolate the issue, have your customer open the invoice through a private or incognito window. This mode doesn't save site data, cache, and cookies. Check out the shortcut keys below:
Once done, click the Review and pay button again. If she's able to pay the invoice without any issues, she'll have to close the incognito window then go back to her regular browser. Next, clear the cache to remove the accumulated junk files and improve the program performance.
She can also switch to other supported browsers as an alternative solution. However, if the issue persists, you can resend the electronic invoice to your customer.
