I have a recurring invoice billed 45 days in advance. I want the Message on Invoice to read: AMI subscription for $month. The $month needs to change every month.

Currently, the memo fields on recurring invoices don't automatically populate messages. The area only contains what you type in the box. Meaning you'll need to edit the message every month to get the correct month on your invoices. Currently, the option to have variables or strings of commands to set it up when sending invoices is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). On the other hand, I recommend leaving the product development team feedback. It's an easy process, outlined in this article: How do I submit feedback? I understand how this feature would be beneficial to you and others. Therefore, I'm going to personally submit feedback to our Product Engineers so the feature can be considered for future updates.
