I have sales that are posting as - Transferred to Uncategorized Asset but I can't modify it from transfer to add. How do I fix?

Let me get the help you need to ensure that you’d able to modify Transfer transactions to Add in QuickBooks Online.

To start with, we can perform some basic troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue like using an incognito/private browser.

Just follow the keyboard shortcuts below to open a private browser:

• Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: press Command + Shift +N

Once able to open a private browser, try to change the transaction type from the Banking page by following these steps:

1. Click Banking from the left menu.
2. Select For Review tab.
3. Locate and select the transaction to open it.
4. Choose the Add radio buttons to clear the Transfer radio button.
5. Choose a new category for the transaction and select Add.
6. Click Save.

Upon doing the steps above, let’s make sure that you’re on a full mode screen to view all the options available.

I have the same problem:

1) My past deposits were incorrectly labeled as a "transfer."

2) How do correct this so that these transfers are correctly indicated as deposits.

Let's correct the transaction to deposit, dabarrettiii.

Excluded transactions are listed on the Excluded tab for review. However, they are not tracked or reported as a part of your business finances and doesn't appear in any associated account registers reports. You can exclude the transaction.

Here's how: 

1. Click Banking on the left menu.
2. On the Banking page, select the For Review tab.
3. Select the checkboxes of the transactions to exclude.
4. From the Batch actions drop-down, choose Exclude Selected.
