I hit print on the copy of the email I sent with the Invoice attached, it did not print. How do I get a copy of the email I sent? I'd like to be CC'd on all inv & emails

It’s nice to see you in the Community, info1058.

The Cc and Bcc functions on your emailed invoices can help you get a copy of all necessary parties. QuickBooks Online helps you create and send smart invoices that help you get paid faster.

Let’s go to the Sales section to turn on the feature. Here’s how:

  1. Tap the Gear icon to choose Account and Settings under Your Company.
  2. Choose Sales on the left panel and then click on the Pencil icon for Messages.
  3. Mark the box for Email me a copy at and enter the email address in the Copy (Cc) new invoices to address field box.

  4. Pick Invoices and other sales forms from the Sales form drop-down.
  5. Click Save and Done.

For invoicing tips as well as adding multiple email addresses on the sales forms check out the links below:

To get a copy of the sent invoice, you can open the Transaction List by Customer Report.

  1. Go to Reports on the left panel to enter the Transaction List by Customer Report in the Search field.
  2. Hit the Customize button in the upper right to open the Customize report window.
  3. From there, click the Report period drop-down to select the correct date range.
  4. Hit the Filter link to mark the box for Sent.
  5. Press Run Report.

After performing these steps, the Sent column will show on the Transaction List by Customer Report.
