I recommend making a quick deposit using a private/incognito window. Since the private window won't save any history, it helps find browser-related issues. Use one of these keyboard shortcuts to save time:

Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL + Shift + P
Internet Explorer: press CTRL + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift + N
If it works, go back to your default browser and perform a clear cache to remove temporary internet files on your computer. Before doing so, take note of your saved passwords and URLs.
If not, using one of the supported browsers is also an alternative.

What if you’re using the app? I’m in the cash flow section and I selected “use instant deposit” and when I input my debit card information and go to the next step it says “phone number not found” “check your account to input valid phone number” I’ve checked my account countless times and there is indeed a valid phone number that’s verified.
What about when you’re using the app? I try using the instant deposit feature and when I am putting my debit card information saying they cannot find my phone number and to update my profile with a valid phone number however my profile is indeed updated with a phone number that I already signed up with attached below will be a screenshot of The error that I’m receiving.
