I understand that you want a refund for the charges you don't recognize. You'll want first to check our online tool to look up a charge. Visit this link and use Option 1: Understand Intuit charges on your credit card or bank statement.

 

If you still don't know what the charge is for, you can reach out to our Customer Support Team. They are also the ones to verify and process a refund.
