I'd be happy to help you send an aging statement to your customer via QuickBooks mobile app, mark209.
Sending an aging statement to your customer using your QuickBooks app on your iPhone isn't an option for now. However, you can do this in a browser on your phone by going to https://qbo.intuit.com.
Here are the steps on how to create and send customer statements:
- Click Sales in the left panel and choose Customers.
- Select the customer you want to make statements for.
- In the Batch actions drop-down ▼, select Create statements.
- From the Statement Type drop-down ▼, select the customer statement type:
- Balance Forward: Lists invoices and payments with outstanding balances for a specific date range.
- Open Item: Lists all open, unpaid invoices from the last 365 days.
- Transaction Statement: Lists all transactions for the selected date range.
- Filter the Statement, Start, and End Date.
- Review the customer's email addresses.
- Hit Save and send.
In case you need to customize what details to show on your statements, you can always visit this article: Create and send customer statements in QuickBooks Online.
Additionally, you can visit this write-up: Compare mobile app features. It provides you more information on what customer details you can access in the mobile app as well as a chart to easily compare feature availability on supported devices.
If you have additional questions about customer statements or further concerns, you can always reach back out. I'm happy to lend a helping hand. Take care!
