It’s good to have you here, @andersonplumbing.
I understand the convenience of having your invoice transactions from Joist synced to QuickBooks Online. I'm here to help you find them and guide you with matching it to their payments.
QuickBooks Online is dependent on the information that is shared by Joist. To find out why your invoices aren't synchronizing or to see if there are any settings you need to adjust, I'd recommend contacting Joist's support team.
If you have other users, they might have accidentally deleted your invoices. You'll want to check the Audit log to verify if this is the case. I’ll show you how:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Audit Log.
- Click Filter to choose the appropriate User, Date, or Events filter to narrow the results.
- Tap Apply.
If you’re unable to see your invoices, you’ll need to import them again in the system. See this article for more details: Import multiple invoices at once. Please know that you can do this with the Advanced and Plus version only.
You can also pull-up the Invoice List or Invoices and Received Payments report to monitor your invoices, as well as your income and receivables. This way, you'll be able to quickly review them on a single page.
Here’s how:
- On the left pane, go to the Reports menu.
- Enter the report name on the Search bar.
- Select the Customize button and Filter the report.
- Click Run report.
